Rumah makan Hongkong Noodle merupakan sebuah tempat makan di dalam mall yang menyediakan menu menu masakan Chinese Food yang berbahan dasar mie. Alasan-alasan kami melakukan brand audit terhadap Rumah makan Hongkong Noodle adalah Rumah Makan Hongkong Noodle ingin mencapai visinya yaitu franchise, dan kurangnya promosi yang menyebabkan rumah makan Hongkong Noodle kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menstandarisasi system manajemen dan mengembangkan merek rumah makan Hongkong Noodle agar lebih dikenal masyarakat. Dari hasil rancangan usaha Brand Development ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengembangan merek Hongkong Noodle agar meningkatkan awareness dari masyarakat tentang rumah makan khas Chinese Hongkong Noodle.

Norma penghitungan penghasilan neto yang diharapkan dan yang sesungguhnya serta pengaruhnya terhadap kesadaran dan kepatuhan wajib pajak pedagang eceran di kota Ambon

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bahwa kesenjangan penerapan Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto yang diharapkan oleh Wajib Pajak dengan penerapan Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto yang sesungguhnya diterima oleh Wajib Pajak mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap Tingkat Kesadaran dan Tingkat Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, serta untuk menguji bahwa Tingkat Kesadaran Wajib Pajak atas penerapan Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang bergerak di bidang usaha perdagangan eceran di kota Ambon yang menggunakan Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dengan bantuan software SPSS. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah kesenjangan penerapan Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto yang diharapkan dan yang sesungguhnya diterima oleh Wajib Pajak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tingkat Kesadaran dan Tingkat Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Serta terdapat pengaruh positif antara Tingkat Kesadaran Wajib Pajak atas penerapan Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

Hingga saat ini,demikian banyak kasus penularan flu burung yang terjadi di berbagai wilayah hingga menyebabkan korban jiw,oleh karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar mereka. A Study of the girl’s awareness of the absence of equal right and her struggles as a Javanese woman under the Javanese aristocracy system in Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s the girl from the coast

The topic of my thesis is a Javanese woman?s awareness of the absence of equal right and her struggles under the Javanese Aristocracy System, as seen in Toer?s The Girl from the Coast. Thus, I am curious in analyzing how the Javanese woman named the Girl is aware of the absence of equal right in her marriage and her society. I also want to reveal how the Girl?s struggles to liberate herself from the consequences of the absence of equal right in her marriage and from the limitation in her society. Hence, the aim of this study is to find out the process of the Girl?s awareness of the absence of equal right as a wife and as a member of the society, and also to find out the process of the Girl struggles to liberate herself from the consequences of the absence of equal right as a wife and from the limitation to socialize as a member of society under Javanese Aristocracy System. In order to discuss her awareness and her struggles, I need Cultural Approach and the theory that I use is Marxist Feminism. Since the approach concern with the interconnection of classes and gender in society, it will help me to analyze the Girl?s awareness of her status as Javanese low class woman. Thus, because the aim of Marxist Feminism is to promote coalition between men and women and also equality between them in all spheres of life, this theory will help me to figure out the struggles of the Girl to liberate herself from the consequences of the absence of equal right and from the limitation to socialize as a Javanese woman. I also employ another concept namely Javanese Aristocracy System. This concept will reveal the superiority of Javanese aristocrat men in relation to the Girl?s awareness of the absence of equal right in her marriage and her society. I also use the idea of Kartini that help me to analyze the Girl struggles in her marriage also in her society. By those concepts, it will reveal the process of the Girl?s awareness of her position as a lower class, as the Bendoro?s property and practice wife in her marriage. Thus, it also reveals the process of the Girl?s awareness of hierarchy and the power of aristocrat in her society. Finally, I conclude that the awareness of the Girl leads to her struggles to liberate herself from the consequences of the absence of equal right in her marriage and the limitation in her society as a Javanese woman under Javanese Aristocracy System. Although the Girl is difficult to struggles in her marriage and society, but she eventually becomes a mature and an independent woman.

The Analysis of printed advertising medium toward brand awareness level in PT. Kayaba Indonesia

Nowadays, brand awareness is very important for every company, especially company that serving a B2C market. With the high level of brand awareness, it can be convinced that the brand will become top of mind brand which bring advantages for the company later on. PT. Kayaba Indonesia is a B2B company which is trying to also serve a B2C market. Through with printed advertising medium, such as newspaper, magazine, umbul-umbul, and banner, the company tries to increase their brand awareness level. The researcher try to find out whether there is any connection and how strong is the correlation between brand awareness level and printed advertising medium. This research will be analyzed using crosstabs and regression analysis. From the research, it is later known that the printed advertising medium is not quite significant.

The Implementation of the “6AS” concept in managing integrated brand management in consumer-electronic business in East Kalimantan

This research explains about how to implement the “6AS” concept (analysis, awareness, acceptability, affordability, availability, and assimilability) in the brand management endeavor in its relation to strategic management concept, which is renowned as Integrated Brand Strategy. The writer uses a qualitative analysis through-out the research by conducting observations, interview>, and by collecting data and theories from literature and internet. The analysis is meant to generate a solution to mediocrity in brand management conduct in consumer-electronic industry, especially in East Kalimantan. Firstly, the research discuss about the role of brand management in strategic management. Then, the writer explains about the implementation of the “6AS” in all strategic layers of management, in accordance with the Integrated Brand Strategy in the aspect of People, Process, and Tools. Finally, the writer goes into the specific area (East Kalimantan), whose position in strategic layers is at the business and functional level, and discusses the implementation of “6AS” in the field.
