The Evaluation of existing training for Honda Basuki Rachmat salespersons and solution to the problem

The tough competition in the sales of Honda car forces Honda Basuki Rachmat to be more competitive and developed. One of several ways to survive in the competition is human resource development, especially the salesperson as the front line of this company. The writers conducted survey in three automotive companies as the basic for the comparison of salesperson?s training in Honda Basuki Rachmat. Besides, the writers also carried out an informal interview with the sales supervisor and the existing salespersons in Honda Basuki Rachmat. As the result, the writers found that the salesperson?s training in Honda Basuki Rachmat can be considered insufficient. The. informal interview even proved that the training that is conducted by Honda is unorganized. Several points that need to be paid attention are the types of the training that will be carried out, the target of the training, and the training frequency. Besides, one thing that also needs to be recognized is what the salespersons actually want in a training, so that the training can be useful, not only for the company, but also for the salespersons themselves. Hopefully, it will lead Honda Basuki Raclunat to be a successful company.

Marketing a global automobile brand in East Java

The head office of Honda automobiles is located in Jakarta, and the main dealer in East Java is PT. Istana Mobil Surabaya Indah (IMSI), which located in Surabaya. However, there is some problem regarding the market , share of Honda in East Java. Therefore, the writers are going to analyse those issues, so hopefully the writers intention to enhance the market share of the company will be achieved. The methods that the writers used to compose this report are gathered from interviews, observations, books, websites, and articles. According to the issue concerning the market share that have to be boost by PT. IMSI, hence the company need to establish special department to handle all of the marketing matters, and that is Marketing Department.

Perancangan interior showroom Honda automobile centre di Surabaya

Showroom Honda Automobile Centre ini merupakan proyek milik swasta dengan tujuan komersial. Fasilitas yang direncanakan meliputi lobi, ruang pamer mobil prototype, ruang pamer mobil new arrival, ruang pamer suku cadang, ruang pamer aksesoris + ruang tunggu servis dan kafetaria. Syarat pendirian showroom adalah harus memenuhi 3S yaitu Sales, Service dan Spare part. Perancangan interior showroom ini memakai 3S sebagai fokus utama dalam perancangan. Oleh karena itu konsep perancangan mengacu kepada ?Showroom dengan Sistem Pelayanan Terpadu?. Dalam perancangan interior penataan ruang didesain agar dapat menggunakan kelebihan site, dan disusun agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terpadu dan terorganisir sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan.

Showroom dan bengkel mobil Honda adalah proyek milik swasta yang bergerak di bidang otomotif. Sesuai dengan brand image Honda yang mengklaim memiliki konsep ramah lingkungan maka bangunan yang akan dirancang menerapkan konsep “mesin ramah lingkungan”. Mesin dianalogikan ke bangunan dan ramah lingkungan digunakan untuk menyempurnakan disain, yang mengambil beberapa poin dari arsitektur hijau. Oleh karena itu bentukan lengkung, penggunaan sosoran, penggunaan material baja, penghijauan yang luas menjadi dasar dalam mendisain bangunan ini.
